Recently I wanted to test SPI Flash memory and I couldn't find a breakout board online, so I decided to make my own. The memory is Macronix MX25L3206E (32Mbit). Datasheet is here. The package is a 4x4mm 8 LAND USON (USON 8L). Below is the schematic designed in CadSoft Eagle. The passives have 0603 packages.
And below is the PCB layout. Top plane is connected to GND. Bottom plane is connected to VCC.
